4. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

• Some games offer virtual items or currency ("Virtual Items").
• Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged outside our Services.
• All purchases are final. Refunds may be available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies, or as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services. Exercising your privacy rights or withdrawing consent through our privacy settings will not result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and logos are owned by ESC Games Yazılım A.Ş. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESC Games is not liable for damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our games integrate third-party services for analytics, advertising, attribution, and consent management. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These Terms are between you and ESC Games Yazılım A.Ş. only. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for our Services.
